What are surplus funds?
When a property is sold at a tax or foreclosure auction for more than the debt owed, the leftover amount ("surplus" or "overage") may be owed to the former owner or their heirs.
How much does it cost?
There are no upfront costs. Our fee is a percentage of the gross amount recovered and is only due once funds are secured.
